The Chinese New Year and the Western New Year are both celebrated by many.  This greeting is used for both!

Finnish: Onnellista Uutta Vuotta!
Finland rings in the New Year with a feast and baked goodies, including special bread at midnight mark the New Year in this festive country.

German: Prosit Neujahr
‘Cheers to the New Year!’ is the rough translation.  With many varities of beer to choose from, toasting in the New Year goes on endlessly.

Hawaiian: Hauoli Makahiki Hou
With a warn climate all year ‘round… who could ask for more!  Pinaple chunks anyone?!

Italian: Felice Nuovo Anno!
“Congratulations for the New Year!”, is the translation. A feast and celibratory toasts are had by all.
